| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have sent back a complaint form to you back in 2001 and i believe that you don't have my info so here is my story once more. my daughter had been in an automobile accident in sept of 2000. with the impact of the crash, the red adjustable button broke off. the handle of the arm rest had cracked. leaving her with a huge gash which needed to have 16 stiches to her right forehead. she had also gotten a broken collarbone and abrasions from the seat. *jb |
