Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The lift mechanism detached from the floor of the camper due to corrosion. viking, 2380 legend, 1996 camper. *ak consumer was in the process of cranking the camper all the way when the rear end of the roof collapsed. consumer feels there should be a metal bracket of some sort bolted to the frame to give the lift some added support. consumer noted if the roof collapsed on someone, it would cause serious injury. the manufacturer wouldn't help the consumer at all. consumer feels this should be corrected by the manufacturer. *ph *nlm |
