Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have had brake problems with my '99 plymoutn grand voyager se for some time. when applying the brakes it seems that there momentarily isn't any brakes then there is a feel in the brake pedal like a catch before the braking begins. there has been occasion where on a sudden stop it seemed that the brakes just were not effectively there. the harder i applied them seemed to have no affect. i was shook-up for sure. during the factory warranty period i expressed my concern to the chrysler dealer, bill luke dodge. i was told there was no recall on this problem, therefore no repairs was made. i have since replaced the pads but has made no change on the problem. *la
