| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer expresses his support in nhtsa re-opening of investigation into firestone steeltex tires, reply directly to the constituent& fwd to senator's wash,dc office. *bf while driving the consumer heard an unusual noise and pulled to the side of the road to examine the tires. after examining on of the tire the consumer decided to change it. the consumer knelt down beside the tire which then blewout knocking the consumer into the freeway barrier. as a result of the blowout the consumer sustained a broken neck in two places. *nm |
