| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving 70 mph, the rear right tire blew out. the driver lost control of the vehicle, and rolled over. the fuel tank cracked, and the vehicle caught on fire. the fire department extinguished the fire. the driver and two passengers sustained major injuries, and were transported to a hospital. the third passenger died. the vehicle was towed to a dealer for inspection, and the mechanic determined it was a plastic fuel tank that had faulty o rings. *ak *sc *jb |
