| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Frame was bent, dealer stated repairs were beyond their ability so the factory was contacted, the unit should have had supports on the frame every four feet, however this one had them every eight feet, factory stated this was not built according to specifications, factory later made repairs, however consumer states unit is now worse, because of the frame bending, there was a bulge in the floor, a gap in the door, and the siding pulled apart on the roof top, consumer is experiencing problems with the factory. tail light lenses were missing. hole in entry door and missing bumper caps. *slc |
