| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While traveling on interstate, the left rear firestone wilderness at tire(w2hlipy057) separated, the outer shell came off of the tire leaving the sidewall of the tire, driver lost control of the vehicle after the tire separation and began to swerve into the right lane and then into the emergency lane, vehicle began sliding into a counter clockwise rotation and slid onto the grass shoulder and then overturned onto the right side striking a street sign with the rooftop, vehicle continued to overturn ejecting one passenger and then vehicle came to a rest up right on its wheels half in the east emergency lane and half on the grass shoulder facing north, driver paralyed and several other injuries occurred. *jb |
