| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Lawyer daniel bensman on behalf of thor california states, there is a defect that involves fuel tanks manufactured by aero. the fuel may leak from the fuel tank when the ambient temperature surrounding the tank increases. a potential pressure build-up may arise in the fuel tank because the roll over valve in the tank is not venting the pressure properly. this may result in fuel spraying out onto an individual who is opening the gas cap. *jg |
