| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Starter hang-up: i purchased a 2001 monte carlo ls in may 2001 and sometime during the first week of having this vehicle i noticed that there was some type of starter hang-up, whenever i try to start the car, the starter return spring is not making the clutch assembly return, it hangs up and cause the car to make a noise as if you have started your car with the engine running. the number of times this has happen is to many to count. *jb |
