| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Toyota recommends in the owners manual that brakes be inspected each 7500 miles.i did not see this in my manual.this is the only notice an owner receives.at 19,900 miles my rear brakes failed because adjustments had not been made every 7500 miles.i did not get any warning lights, only rear brake failure.if the general maintenance is not performed each 7500 miles the brakes can fail and mine did.the manufacturer will not cover this under the warranty.there is no warning before rear brake failure.the owner must rely on their memory to ensure safe operation of rear brakes. *ak |
