| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle has stalled while in motion on several occasions. there has been no warning prior to any of these failures. in each case, the vehicle was able to be restarted immediately after the failure. this has been occuring intermittently for about 6 months and the servicing dealer (hall isuzu in newport news, va) has been unable to determine a cause. although the servicing dealer doesn't appear concerned, i feel very strongly that this vehicle is unsafe and that eventually this defect will cause the vehicle to be involved in an accident. while i am not a mechanic, the sudden nature of the failures seem to indicate a problem with the electrical system.*ak |
