| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am experiencing a severe problem with the steering on my truck. when parked, stopped, or idling, i am unable to turn the wheels in either direction, regardless of surface. this is an issue of safety. i have taken it to the dealer twice and although they are helpful and sympathetic, they are unable to fix the problem. i do not appreciate putting my family in danger as we pull our travel trailer and might incur an instance where i would need my truck to be able to turn and it will not. i have contacted ford motor company and am waiting for a reply.*ak |
