Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was involved in an accident on the date given. the other party involved pulled out in front of me. i hit her at about 45 mph. the main impact was around the location of my left headlight, driver's side and front. my airbag did not deploy, my seatbelt did not lock and restrain me and my back seat collapsed upon impact. chrysler has sent an engineer to look at the van and i still have not heard back from them. the estimate is still not complete by stan's auto body and the total is already close to $5000. i had to seek medical treatment due to the safety features not performing. i was diagnosed as having a concussion, a contusion and a minor neck injury.as of today i have had a severve headache and some memory loss since the accident.*ak |
