| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While parked in the garage, the rear tailgate glass exploded on a 40 degree day. i filed a police report. the police found that the glass exploded from the inside out. the rear shocks were pushed into the lifted (up) position, but the window was still latched shut. glass was blown everywhere in the garage and was all over the rear seat where my children sit. the dealer wasn't interested in seeing the truck, they just told me to call my insurance company. i filed a complaint (#03702924) with gm customer service. |
