| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased the tires in february of 2001, about two weeks after i bought them, i went over a small curb in the snow. both front tires blew out at the sidewalls. i e-mailed goodyear and told them of my problem.they responded by replacing tires and charging me for the labor. may 15, 2001, i was driving down the highway at about 55-60 mph. when my front right tire blew out at the inside sidewall forcing the truck to pull hard to the right and off the road. my right shoulder was injured due to this incident. i feel that these tires have a potentially deadly defect and i would like some kind of investigation. thank you for your time. richard jeffords. *ak (tiresize: 225 75 r16)( dot number: tire size: 225 75 r16 ) |
