Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My wife and i purchased a new 2001 chrysler grand cherokee and have had nothing but problems with our brakes, rotors and calipers. the warranty covered it for the first three years and the chrysler manufacturing paid for repairs up to now, but are now refusing to pay for future repairs. and it's due again, the brakes and rotors have been replaced every year. i believe this is a secret recall and i'm sure a technical service bulletin was issued to all the dealer repair shops and that angers me and i'm sure a lot of your complaints as well my wife and i are at our wit's end and don't know who to turn to. this to me, warrants a nation wide recall, does someone have to die before chrysler takes this complaint seriously or has it already happened and the people who investigated the accident wasn't aware of this dangerous defect, who knows? we refuse to trade it in or sell because we simply can't afford it at this time, it's paid for. any advice and/or guidance will be appreciated. thanks. *jb
