| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer was involved in a collision while driving 35mph, the passenger air bag deployed, however the driver air bag did not, consumer was injured and had to miss 47 days of work, ford sen consumer a refusal of liability stating that there was not enough impact force to trigger air bag deployment, this vehicle only had 190 miles at time of incident, however consumer no longer feels safe with it, dealer replaced the control module, no representatives ever came from ford to inspect vehicle, two recalls, 00v27 and 00v412, deal with air bag problems. *slc |
