| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I think that the windshielsthat dodge is useing are of a poor standard. i wanted to make this complaint to see if other customer were having this problem. i do not feel someone should have to pay near 18000 dallors for a car and its windsheild not be able to stand up to a small impact. pat at the dealership said that the pin dot nick in the window cause the crack. i explain to him that it most be poorly made for it to crack that much in only 450 mile of driving. the nick in the window was very small and had to be pointed out to me . i did not see it untell he pointed it out.i cant see having to pay $472.00 to get the window fix. i think that the dealership should have to fix or be willing to help. i also would like to know of other complaits of this type.*ak |
