| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Please contact me at my work # 708-233-7305 and i will have the vin# and dot # available. the tread on my firestone tire separated and cause damage to the left front of my van. thankfully i was able to control the vehicle without striking another vehicle or a median (i was on a major expressway at the time) i have tried to file a claim through firestone and they are making an excuse that a nail hole will cause a tire to loose the tread as mine did. i have never heard of such a thing. please advise. thank you!!*ak |
