| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I went out to start my truck and the steering wheel was locked up, key would not turn and the vehicle would not start. when taken to the dealership to get fixed the mechanic stated "..this is common problem." if this is such a common problem then why isn't there something being done. i own 3 toyota vehicles and i am very concerned for my, my wife and my daughter's safety if this was to happen going down the road. should i be concerned this will happen to my other 2 vehicles. total cost to fix my truck was $435.00 ($238.00 for parts, $130.00 for labor and $50.00 for towing) will i have this expense for my other two vehicles? thank you for your time. claude m. gaines jr.*ak |
