| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This vehicle has caused us a lot of inconvenience. the recent accidents (within two weeks of each other) have also caused us to lose confidence in the vehicle, let along the financial losses. we are afraid of driving the vehicle. the manufacturer and the dealer refused to acknowledge the seriousness of the problem simply because there was no injury. twice the rear suspension failed to work, causing the rear side of the vehicle to sink dangerously low. i almost lost my life while driving at approximately 40 mph one sunday morning because the vehicle lost total control: steering wheel froze and the brake failed to work. one week after the vehicle was released from the dealer, the vehicle died in the middle of high way, causing major triffic jam. |
