| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While traveling west bound on i-10, a vehicle cut me off my lane, i swerved to the right and at this moment the car left the road the right ,came back across the road to the left traveling w/b in the median for a shor distance before going right crossing back over i-10, striking a guardrail, flipping over it and coming to a rest against a tree. i tried to correct the car but took of to the left very sharpely, i was unable to control the car which i suspect was due to faulty steering mechanism. please advise if any other accidents have happen similar to mine due to steering failure.*ak |
