| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: One hinge of driver's side front door is completely detached, the other is coming loose. i understand that this has been a recurring problem in this model year of the cherokee. at moderate to high speeds, the door shakes and rattles, and the nise is deafening. door also leaks now when it is raining, there now is water damage to the inside of the vehicle as a result of this failure. also, i have been forced to prop up the tailgate door with a broom handle since that piece failed, this handle could easily become dislodged during loading and severely injure anyone standing beneath the door.*ak |
