Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tires failed due to mal alignment on all four wheels. when taken to be alighned, they could not be done with the adjustments on the car. additional shims etc had to be added. we left on vacation with only 8900 miles on the car and returned with 13000 on the car. the dealer would not cover this problem under warranty. i notified the manufacturer of this problem. this is a safety problem due to not being able to adjust wheels with the equipment on the new car. you could not tatally see the failure until the car was placed up on a rack for inspection.i don't know if this is an isolated case or a major problem for kia. i have notified them and demanded re-imbursement in the amount of $430.57, since we didn't even have the car for a year.*ak (dot number: yola yp7 tiresize: p185/65r14)
