Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was heading west on interstate 80 coming in to auburn, california, between 65 and 70 mph in 6th gear and coming into a light turn when there was a grinding noise and within a second the entire transmission and/or gearbox froze locking my rear tire. the bike slid sideways all the way around the turn, i pumped the clutch 13 times before the rear wheel disengaged ending the slide. i don't know how i stayed on the bike and should most likely be dead or severely injured. the main pproblem is that the dealership has had my bike for over a month[sunce july 5] and has continually lied to my mother and i about why this happened and when it was to be fixed[they've missed their date twice so far] we have just contacted our lawyers and would like additional help if possible.thank you. |
