| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have a 2000 nissan quest minivan. we have electronic remotes to lock/unlock the doors. our 8 year old daughter, jenna, had her fingers accidently slammed in the front passenger door. theresa, the mom, was inside the car & tried to open the front passenger door to free jenna's fingers. every time theresa tried to open the door, all the doors on the van would lock & the lights would flash. finally, tony, the dad, was able to open the door from the outside and free jenna's fingers.*ak |
