| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I first noticed the sound, and the feeling in the steering wheel when i drove the car home from the dealer after purchase. it seems to come from the left front and is severe when hitting the smallest bumps. i believe it to be a suspension or steering problem and am concerned about it being unsafe and causing premature tire wear. the dealer kept the minivan for 2 days and said the factory was unable to tell them how to repair this. i also believe others have this same problem. i can't believe the factory cannot figure out how to solve this annoying and potentially unsafe problem.*ak |
