| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While traveling down a major highway, 695 in baltimore, both exterior hood latches became unhinged. moments later, the latch located at the interior center front of the hood failed also. this caused the hood to fly upward towards the windshield, striking the glass and causing it to shatter. i was forced to pull blindly to the shoulder of the road, because the hood had folded itself over the frame of the windshield and was still lodged in place. after returning the hood to its original position, i observed substansial body damage to the hood and windshield.*ak |
