| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was stopped in the passing lane at a construction site on route 95 in ri. the vehicle in back of me failed to stop and crashed into the rear of my vehicle. the reclining mechanism on the driver's seat failed which resulted in me being thrown into the back seat causing a back injury. the impact from behind caused my vehicle to crash into the vehicle in front of me, neither airbag went off. my vehicle had extensive damage to both front and rear, the vehicle was a total loss. do you have any information on reclining seats failing due to rear impact? i would appreciate any information that you could provide.*ak |
