| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car has been totaled. it appeared to be in perfect condition before the sudden incident. i want to know if a recalled component may have been responsible for the sudden acceleration and loss of control. auto also hit 2 parked cars and lifted a rock (approx. 500 lbs) out of the ground during the accident. the drivers door locked on its own, while the front passenger door flew open on its own. the automatic windows blewout during the incident. this incident occurred while backing out of a parking space at low speed. mechanical defect is most likely the cause. please investigate.*ak |
