| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My husband craig was in collided head on into the side of another vehicle doing about 35 to 40mph. he hit the front hard enough to total the front end of the truck and shove the engine back several inches. the frame is also bent. we believe the truck will be qualified as totalled. dispite the force of the impact, the air bags did not deploy. craig had his seat belt on so was only bruised and sore after the accident. we are conserned with the airbag failure. what if there had been a passenger or cercumstances would have required them? *ak |
