| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was checking the trailer on the morning of the 16th. upon entering the trailer about 4 ft, the trailer burst into flames, a flash explosion. the local fire dept responded while i was rushed to the hospital. i contacted the manufactor oct 22 with out satifactory results. i would liked them to check the unit but they want me to tow it to their faculity. the insurance adjuster thought it should be totaled and is unsafe to tow. i was very disappointed with their lack of concern. if this would happen again, it could be fatal. i only suffered 2nd degree burns on my face and hands because i was in the trailer about 4 ft. i would hate to know what would happen if someone was asleep in the unit and it blew. if you wish to make contact with me, please e-mail or use postal service. since the explosion, my hearing is not very good. thanks, bob. *ak |
