Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I first experienced the brake system problem at 10000 miles. i was informed by the dealership that they did not do brake system repairs on saturday's and i would have to call back and reschedule for an appointment. when i was finally able to get the car into the shop for repairs, i was informed that the rotors were warped and they would need to be turned down. i agreed to the repair and 8 days later i was able to pick my car up. within 5000 miles of the repair i was back in the shop with the same complaint. however, after several attempts at trying to schedule an appointment with the original dealership, i was forced to contact a new dealership for repairs. i was told the same as before and agreed to have the rotors turned again. please keep in mind that nothing was mentioned about the condition of the pads. 1000 miles later and i was returning to the dealership with the same complaint. rotors turned and again no mention of the brake pads. 1000 miles later yet again, i was in for the same complaint, this time i had brake failure prior to returning to the dealership. this time the rotors were checked for specs at my request and it was found that 3 of the 4 were below specs. again no mention of the brake pad condition. i made it almost 8000 miles before i had to return for the same problem. this time i was told that i needed new brake pads and that was the cause of the brake problem.*ak
