| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This is a fleet repair facility for consumers energy. i have had 4 tread separations on chevrolet express vans in the last 6 months. all tires were inflated properly, the vehicles were checked for weight, all were under gvw. all happened while driving on the expressway. the last vehicle lost the tread and the driver managed to drive 10 more miles on side roads trying to return to the shop. the tire never deflated untill he ran over somthing while driving on the shoulder in the gravel. we still have the casing and tread. *ak (dot number: vn11 b1a tiresize: lt24575r16) |
