| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased new 2001 cadillac seville on december 22, 2000. my car riddled with problems. in february 2001, dealer changed 13 tires to match 4 tires. then in august andf october 2001 they ordered 4 new controlled tires, perfect tires from detroit factory. vibration continued. then, in nov 2001 i contacted gm executive office in detroit, also area service manager. this time dealer changed 4 rotors, and installed 4 new high grade michelin tire. car still vibrates, sometimes you feel that front end will collapse. cadillac has no idea where it is coming from, rims, suspensions, brakes, frame. meantime car still vibrates badly.*ak (tiresize: 225-60) |
