| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle is equipped with 4 catalytic converters which cause excessive heat build up--to the point that the rear under deck storage compartments are useless for storage of any heat sensitive equip. or material-can't store a laptop in compartment when traveling-or discs or floppys, etc.--the back bumper gets hot enough to distort around both mufflers. chevrolet maintains that this is normal......the 4 cat system is no longer put on these vehicles, yet chevrolet refuses upgrade. cure for warped rear bumper, per chevrolet is to use a heat gun to heat and straighten warped area???? |
