| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This is the second transmission failure that has occurred. the first time it failed i was stick in the middle of a busy intersection at morning rush-hour. now the dealership has had my car for almost 7 weeks and they want me to allow them to try another (#3) transmission. i do not feel that the car is safe or reliable. many other consumers have had transmission failure situations similar to mine and acura is offering money, entended warranties and other monetary compensation in lieu of legal action against them. the consumer should be forewarned and advised of the immenent problems occurring in this vehicle.*ak |
