| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Purchased vehicle in 1998 (2yr lease vehicle). from 1998-2001 there have been two engines replaced. ford has replaced but not addressed why this vehicle would be on a 3rd engine and yet was approx 4+ yrs old when 1st engine was replaced. first replacement was feb 25, 2000 by capital ford (san jose, calif). would like to address vibration of 3rd engine, paint decoloration and fading airconditioner. *ak |
