| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Lost all steering. steering wheel totally disconnected. repairs were replace steering wheel coupler, cruise casette and rotary coupler, rear tie rod assembly. the whole thing snapped, moments before pulling onto the highway - catastrophic failure, lucky no one was killed. dealer says car was in an accident (it was not ). repair person said failure would have occurred as an immediate result of an accident. car driven the night before, no accident, ever, no problems before complete failure. car was being driven when failure occurred. |
