| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Since new, the vehicle has had brake issues. after about one month, the brakes constantly squealed on aplication, degenerating into a hard contact rumble causing the steering wheel to vibrate. the dealer has service the vehicle three times and replaced the brakes twice. after every repair, the issues re-appear. i was told by the service manager of downtown lincoln mercury to "roll up my windows and turn up the radio". there is an obvious defect in the brakes and/or the braking system on this vehicle that ford does not know how to properly repair.*ak |
