| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The driver's front tire rubs on the lower control on a full left turn scoring the tire and creating the posibility of a tire failure with the posibility of death or injury and property damage. chrysler has been contacted and has not solved the problem. the first attempt by chrysler was to replace the steering box which did not solve the problem. next chrysler attempted to center the steering, and still did not solve the problem. next chrysler is going to try some shims to solve the problem. in the meantime we have 5 more trucks exactly like this one that have the same problem.*ak |
