| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Windshield wipers failed durning heavy rain. ford dealer could not locate cause of failure as wipers started to work again after car sat idle for 15 minutes in ford serivice bay. ford dealer said they could only correct if they failed and stayed broken. not good adivice when your driving 65 miles on an interstate in heavy rain. i think this is a mojor safty item. you have to be able to see. *ak |
