| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Bumper metal stressed out with the spare tire attached to it by a bracket. this thin bumper metal aproximately 1/8" thick torn apart from the rest of the bumer and the chassiss frame from the coach. i ask was the metal weak by the heat from the welds around the bumper when it was welded. both ends of the attached bumper have torn from the chassiss ends just around the welds. had to removed spare tire from bumper to relived excesive weight to torn areas to prevent bumper from falling and causing an accisedent. i have taken digital pictures which can be attached. the extended warranty won't cover it, the manufacturer won't pay for the repairs, nor will the delership. i also contacted my vehicle insurance company and they couldn't do anything. i need advise on what other steps i could take. please mail me any documents to the po box address. |
