Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear suspension bangs and bottoms out whenever the vehicle hits a hole or bump in the roadway. it also bottoms outwith any amount of weight in the rear seat. infinity installed the i30t model springs and struts when i complained but the problem still exists as before.it feels like you are driving on wooden wheels when you go over a bump or hit a hole. infiniti admitted the changed the rear suspension on this 2001 model year. its the worst riding car i have ever owned..i am exercising my rights under the state lemon law since infinity has said that the vehick is fin. ha ha. *ak |
