| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The car's emergency brake while fully engaged will not stop the car from rolling down a 5% grade driveway. i took the car to the dealership and they said this isn't the first time these have come back for this problem. however they don't have a protocal or recall notice so they can't fix the problem. if this suv were parked on a hill with the emergency brake applied and the car was shifted into neutral by a child. their could be a grave accident that could result in fatalities to pedestrians and people in the vehicle. by the dealership refusing to fix this problem, i am concerned with the safety of the people. dt |
