| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When a right turn is made the steering column makes a sound like the horn is blowing. first reported in 2001 while car was under warranty and dealer said he couldn't reproduce it. reported it 3 more times and dealer said he couldn't hear it. dealer claimed he would not disassemble steering column because, if no problem could be found, chrysler would not reimburse them for this labor intensive work. problem has gotten progressively worse, particularly when air temp is above 85 degrees. *jb |
