| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer was traveling 70mph and front left tire blewout. glue on sidewall was melting. consumer had firestone recall tire, and they were replaced with goodyear wranglers. frestone dealer replaced one tire with no problem. on 24th of april, right rear tire blewout the same way. consumer went back upset, and they gave her 5 new firestone wilderness at tires. consumer got home, and heard a new report on wilderness tires that should be recalled. was very upset that firestone dealer has given him tires without awareness of a problem. consumer will add tire size. *ak |
