| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When pulling into a parking lot brake pedal went to floor and brake system failed to engage, causing vehicle to run into a fence, resulting in damage to vehicle. consumer nursed vehicle to house using emergency brake because there was no pressure behind brake pedal. a dealer stated that master cylinder could have caused this failure or lip seals on master cylinder could have failed. please provide any addiitional information/attachments. consumer stated that this problem has occurred previously with no pressure behind brake pedal, however, when consumer pumped the brakes they operated properly. *ak |
