| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Continental aw p275/60r17, dot unknown. original equipment on a 2000, lincoln navigator with 28000 miles. on 26 may 2001 while driving 45-50 mph right front tire had tread separation, a 12 inch strip of tread came off.28138 miles at the time. on 8 june 2001, while driving 45-50 mph left rear tire had tread separation, a 12-18 inch strip of tread had started to separate from tire. 28200 miles at this time. in both cases no damage to vehicle. dealer replaced both tires, consumer feels the other original tires will do the same in the near future.*ak all original tires were replaced by manufacturer. *yh |
