| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Brake system fails to engage for approximately 5 to 10 seconds after pressure has been applied to the pedal. consumer has taken vehicle into dealership three times, and was told there was nothing wrong with brake system. consumer recently rearended another vehicle while traveling on highway 70 mph when vehicle ahead of consumer's vehicle started slowing down, brakes failed to engage. no injuries, no police report, cosmetic damage to the vehicle. please provide any additional information/attachments. *ak |
